What are your business hours?
We are a self serve establishment with main communication via our Guesty app. We aim to respond to emergencies immediately and anything non-urgent within 24-48 hours.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
When booking direct bank transfer is the easiest and cheapest way to pay
Can I get a full refund?
You can cancel your stay for free up to 5 days in advance of check in.
How many apartments do you have?
We currently have four (soon to be five!) apartments in the building. The Wearmouth and the Vaux are one bedroom apartments each with a sofa bed in the living area that can sleep up to three people. The Adelaide and Lighthouse are our larger apartments with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, each can sleep up to six. The Lighthouse is the largest spanning the whole top floor of the building and has an ensuite with shower in the main bedroom.
